The Community Clubhouse shown below contains a catering kitchen, private meeting room, a gathering room for private or community events, an exercise facility and locker rooms. The exercise and gathering rooms overlook a pool and beyond to a lake. Brown Cooper Architects also designed the entry feature tower along with a guard house at the entry.
